There is a 10 day time frame to bring back returnable merchandise, with a 20% restocking fee.  NO RETURNS on gas, electrical, or special order parts.  Once the order is placed, the deposit is not returnable and the order is not cancellable.

All parts needing to be returned must contain an RMA # or they will not be accepted.  This authorization may be obtained via email or by phone prior to shipping back parts.  All parts returned are done so at customer expense.

In order to obtain an RMA # you must provide a copy of the invoice/receipt, clear reasoning of the problem, and the brand, model, and serial # off the appliance it pertains to.  Once those have been submitted, you will receive an RMA #, in which you reference when you send the part back.  We make no guarantees at any time that credit will be given.
